We are not contracted with any dental insurance company but we do courtesy bill. We are considered an out of network provider for dental insurance companies.
No! Our goal is to save your natural teeth whenever possible.

Dental implants are a surgical procedure and each patient is different. A timeline will be discussed at your consultation.

Yes. Our office can care for all your dental needs once you are an established patient.
Our residents will perform your treatment but our Clinical Directors will oversee all patient dental treatments.

Yes, our Residents have graduated from dental school and hold a DMD or DDS. They are practicing dentists who have chosen to extend their education and specialize in Comprehensive Oral Implantology .

Yes, please have your provider fill out the Provider Referral Form below and return to the referring office.
