Who qualifies to be a patient ?
Anyone who is missing or has broken teeth.
How much do services cost? Is there a discount?
Our prices are about 20% less than the location's Clinical Director's regular prices.
Do you offer financing? Do you accept credit cards?
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards and cash. A Care Credit Health Card with interest-free payment plans can be applied for. (please visit https://www.carecredit.com/apply/)
Can I use my dental insurance to pay for services?
We are not contracted with any dental insurance company but we do courtesy bill. We are considered an out of network provider for dental insurance companies.
Are you going to remove all my teeth and replace them with implants?
No! Our goal is to save your natural teeth whenever possible.
How long does the dental implant process take?
Dental implants are a surgical procedure and each patient is different. A timeline will be discussed at your consultation.
Can you take care of all my future needs including routine dental teeth hygiene appointments?
Yes. Our office can care for all your dental needs once you are an established patient.
Who will be performing the dental procedures?
Our residents will perform your treatment but our Clinical Directors will oversee all patient dental treatments.
Are you residents general dentists?
Yes, our Residents have graduated from dental school and hold a DMD or DDS. They are practicing dentists who have chosen to extend their education and specialize in Comprehensive Oral Implantology .
Can my current provider refer me to your office?
Yes, please have your provider fill out the Provider Referral Form below and return to the referring office.
How long do I have to wait for an appointment?
